Went to leave the house in the morning and my garage door wouldn’t open, I was trapped! Apparently, the spring had broken. I called Protech and they were able to send someone out within a couple of hours, which was good because I had to go to work and my kid had to go to school. The repair did not take long at all and cost $323 to replace both springs. Will definitely use them again, if needed.

The two gentleman who came to fix my garage door were very professional and personable. In addition to my broken spring, they pointed out some issues that should be addressed (no hard sell, fyi), and brought me out to the garage in the middle of repairs to explain what they were doing.
